Jeff and I have decided to open our Ranch for summer and winter vacations. These are not vacations for couch potatoes. We will be very active and will do our best to show you an unforgettable vacation that you and your family will remember for a lifetime. Jeff and/or Shari will be with you on each adventure.
Summer vacation itinerary:

Sunday July 4 - You can arrive at the ranch on your own or we can pick you up @ the Yampa Valley Regional Airport around lunch time.
Monday July 5 - Relax @ the ranch, lunch cook out on top of Cedar Knob and/or take part in ranch
Tuesday July 6 - River rafting trip on the Green River in Utah.
Wednesday July 7 - Visit the Museum of Northwest Colorado & Wyman Living History Museum in Craig, CO.
Thursday July 8 - Visit Dinosaur National Monument.
Friday July 9 - Horseback ride in Steamboat Springs, check in @ hotel, then attend the Pro Rodeo Series.
Saturday July 10 - Hot Air Balloon Rodeo, free time in Steamboat, Steamboat Arts & Crafts Show.
Sunday July 11 - Depart the ranch on your own or be driven back to Yampa Valley Regional Airport by us.
Summer Vacation Pricing:
Adults: $ 2000.00 Ages 5 – 11: $ 1500.00 Ages 3 and under: FREE
Summer vacation rates are per person and include: All lodging, all meals ( except for Summer date July during free time after the balloon rodeo ) pick up and drop off from Yampa Valley Regional Airport on arrival and departure dates, rafting trip, museum trips, all on ranch activities, Dinosaur National Monument trip, horseback riding trip, Pro Rodeo Series Event, Hot Air Balloon Rodeo ( this does not included hot air balloon rides ). The balloon rodeo is a spectacular event that lets you stand so close to the balloons before liftoff that you can feel the heat from the flames on your face as they fill the balloons with hot air. The Pro Rodeo Series is an authentic western rodeo with real cowboys and cowgirls competing for prize belt buckles.
Children must be 6 years of age and weight at least 50 lbs to participate in rafting and/or horseback riding trips.
Summer activities we have planned that are not listed above: archery, 22 target shooting, ( prairie dog hunting if prairie dogs are available ), hiking Cedar Knob, hay ride, wildlife sightseeing and hot tub time.
